Benefit Counselors are here to assist you with benefits questions and enrollment support via scheduled telephonic appointments.

Once you are enrolled, you must wait until the next Open Enrollment period to change your benefit plan elections or add or remove coverage for yourself or your dependents, unless you have a qualifying life event as defined by IRS.

Please Note: Appointments must be scheduled, at minimum, 24 hours in advance (subject to availability).

To prepare for your call with a Benefits Counselor, be sure to review the 2026 Open Enrollment Benefit Guide prior to your call and have necessary dependent information (social security numbers and birth dates) available if adding new dependents to plans.
The counselor will call you on the number provided at your scheduled date and time.
